Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Krishnagiri, State of Tamil Nadu. Day-to-day duties: • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing We are looking for hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers; able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules.
