Great opportunity: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Pithoragarh, State of Uttarakhand. On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
