Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale You will wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch.
