Mechanical press operator — Nayagarh District

Immediate opening: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Nayagarh District, State of Odisha. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses The role involves: • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Record output and downtime on the production sheet At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
