The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. ₹1,100 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
