Formwork carpenter — Chandigarh

Join our team: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Chandigarh, Union Territory of Chandigarh. You will work on a metro and tunnel project. You should bring able to keep pace with tight pour schedules; physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts. On a typical shift you will check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs. ₹21,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
