Fry cook wanted in Nuh

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Nuh, State of Haryana. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations You should bring strong knife skills and speed on the line; able to read and follow recipes and dockets; willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
