Great opportunity: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Ri-Bhoi, Meghalaya. We are looking for confident with standard crane hand signals; proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites; valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket. On a typical shift you will secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area.
