Production line inspector • Thiruvallur, State of Tamil Nadu

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production line inspector in Thiruvallur, State of Tamil Nadu. You will work in an automotive parts factory. We are looking for understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits; strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping; able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols. The role involves: • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
