Head baker wanted in Puri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Puri, State of Odisha. On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
