Join our team: we are hiring a retail butcher in Malkangiri, State of Odisha. The job is in a meat processing plant. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day The role involves season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder.
