Bakery assistant wanted in Yavatmal

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Yavatmal, State of Maharashtra. The role involves: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 2+ years on the tools preferred.
