Scullery hand • Shahdara, National Capital Territory of Delhi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Shahdara, National Capital Territory of Delhi. We are looking for comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates; punctual, reliable and hard-working; basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus). Your main tasks: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. ₹1,750 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
