Vacancy available: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Mumbai Suburban, State of Maharashtra. Day-to-day duties: • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift What we are looking for: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • A good head for heights for tower crane work At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
