Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Jajpur, State of Odisha. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
