Tandoor cook — Upper Subansiri

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Upper Subansiri, State of Arunachal Pradesh. Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Ideally you have familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. Part-time with flexible hours.
