Banquet server — Puducherry

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banquet server in Puducherry, Union Territory of Puducherry. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. We are looking for basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness; ability to work fast under pressure during peak service; smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform. You will check back during the meal and handle special requests; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. ₹16,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
