Presser — Kasaragod District

Join our team: we are hiring a presser in Kasaragod District, State of Kerala. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Day-to-day duties: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
