Motor grader operator wanted in Purba Bardhaman

Join our team: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal. You will be based at a plant hire yard. What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Understanding of safe digging near underground services Your main tasks: • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₹21,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
