Vacancy available: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Lepa Rada, State of Arunachal Pradesh. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. Ideally you have prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel; willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts; ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts. Day to day you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; check back during the meal and handle special requests; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
