Bakery assistant — Dadra & Nagar Haveli

Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Part-time with flexible hours.
