Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Nalgonda District, State of Telangana. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations We are looking for strong knife skills and speed on the line; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking.
