Tile installer — Patan

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tile installer in Patan, State of Gujarat. The job is at a busy tiling site. Day-to-day duties: • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency What we are looking for: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter Rotating shifts.
