Line cook — Jashpur

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Jashpur, State of Chhattisgarh. Ideally you have food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate; 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking. On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha.
