Great opportunity: catering cook (State of Jammu and Kashmir)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Ganderbal, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Your main tasks: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
