Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Morena, Madhya Pradesh. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. On a typical shift you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
