Toolroom milling operator • Pali, State of Rajasthan

Join our team: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Pali, State of Rajasthan. You will work in a die and mould making unit. You should bring physically fit to stand and lift workpieces; knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron. On the job you will handle: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines Meals and transport allowance provided.
