CNC mill setter-operator — Ramanagara

Join our team: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Ramanagara, State of Karnataka. The job is in a toolroom. Day-to-day duties: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance You should bring knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron; proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges; ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade.
