Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Sheohar, State of Bihar. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
