Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in South East, National Capital Territory of Delhi. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. We are looking for 2+ years experience working as a butcher; able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler; clean, presentable and friendly at the counter. Six days a week, one day off.
