Your main tasks: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
