Cnc setter-operator — Guntur

Join our team: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Guntur, State of Andhra Pradesh. You will work at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Ideally you have working knowledge of G-code and M-code; willing to work rotating day and night shifts; minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls. On a typical shift you will measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes.
