Day-to-day duties: • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp You should have: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. ₹32,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
