Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Kollam, State of Kerala. You will be based at a cake shop. Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
