Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Full-time, day shift.
