Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Madurai, State of Tamil Nadu. The job is at a busy bakery. On the job you will handle: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream We are looking for able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen; able to work early-morning and night shifts; 2+ years' experience as a baker. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
