Chef de partie — Balrampur

Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Balrampur, State of Chhattisgarh. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases We are looking for able to stand for long shifts and work in heat; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies.
