We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Churu, State of Rajasthan. Day to day you will season and marinate meat on request; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
