Requirements: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio Your main tasks: • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer Six days a week, one day off.
