Industrial sewing operator • Dhanbad, State of Jharkhand

Great opportunity: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Dhanbad, State of Jharkhand. You will be based on an export house sewing floor. Day to day you will attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₹38,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
