Requirements: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to read and match factory paint codes • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Day to day you will mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish.
