Immediate opening: horizontal milling machine operator (National Capital Territory of Delhi)

Join our team: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in North West Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi. The job is in a die and mould making unit. You should have: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Day-to-day duties: • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
