Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Jagitial, State of Telangana. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces We offer ₹100 per hour plus benefits.
