Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Adilabad, State of Telangana. You will be based at a halal meat counter. On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter We offer ₹150 per hour plus benefits.
