Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Sambalpur, State of Odisha. Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens ₹31,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
