Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Kalahandi, State of Odisha. Requirements: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Day-to-day duties: • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle Meals and transport allowance provided.
