Dishwashing attendant — Karaikal

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Karaikal, Union Territory of Puducherry. You will work in a catering unit. Ideally you have previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred; able to work fast and keep up under service pressure; punctual, reliable and hard-working. On a typical shift you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. ₹27,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
