Kitchen steward — Bastar

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Bastar, State of Chhattisgarh. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Six days a week, one day off.
