On a typical shift you will lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall; read plumbing layouts and mark pipe routes on site; replace worn washers, seals and float valves; solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings; make connections to the mains water and sewer lines; connect overhead and underground water tanks.
