Banksman — Kurung Kumey

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banksman in Kurung Kumey, State of Arunachal Pradesh. The role involves: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area Ideally you have proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites; able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear; willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather.
